At work I live behind a corporate http/https proxy. Aside from this being a horrible idea, I still have to deal with adding a trusted CA (the one of the proxy) to MS Teams for it to work. Is there a config for MS Teams or does MS Teams consider any Linux standards wrt trusted CAs?

As far as I can determine via lsof, it uses the CA management from Electron, i.e. ~/.pki/nssdb - so either add a cert via the dialog boxes in Chrome, or follow https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/master/docs/linux_cert_management.md to make changes to your user's nssdb.
