in Microsoft docs, if you go to pages like this
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/language-specification/enums
you see some examples or guides described with antlr language
but I don't know how to read that and I can't find any page in Microsoft doc to learning how to read this types of text(or codes)

In the Grammar Notation section of this document, it is mentioned that the grammar in this specification is written in ANTLR format-see http://www.antlr.org/.
