I have two questions. 1. On my Microsoft dashboard, when I click 'Certification transcript', the browser spins and then brings me to a page that says 'Sorry could not find your certification profile. Please contact support' Who can help me with this? 2. I have joined a new Microsoft partner, how do I add my new email so I get credit for passing future certification exams? When I try to add new email through my profile, I get a prompt that I 'can't add work email'
