SharePoint Online Site Usage Average time spent per user report has no data.

I am looking at the Site Usage reports for a site collection that has been in existence for about 6 months now. The other sections on the report all contain data, but the Average time spent per user report is blank. It is blank for both the 7 day and 30 day intervals. Also, if I sort the Popular content reports on time spent, they are blank (sorting by unique viewers and visits show data). Is there a configuration setting that needs to be made to show this data, or is the report just broken? The site collection is a classic team site if that makes any difference.

    Hi @Susan Barnes ,

Under normal circumstances, there is no need to do some settings, the data should appear automatically no matter it is classic or modern.

It shows that the data is not available on one of my sites:

Data(average time spent) can be displayed on another site, however when using time spent sorting, there is not enough data:

Per my knowledge, this average time spent feature was added last year, and there is currently no rich information or posts.

I would suggest you open a service request for direct help:
