Public Folder Migration problems: Invaild CSV: duplicate mapping found

We are trying to migrate our public folders from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016. We have followed the steps in the article "Use batch migration to migrate Exchange 2010 public folders to Exchange 2016" up to step 4, but when we execute that command we get an error stating: "Invalid CSV: duplicate mapping found on folder ." I have verified that there are no PF Mailboxes currently on the new 2016 server, and the folders still reside on the 2010 servers. Where can I look to find this "duplicate mapping"?

Here's the mapping csv:

@JerryPeacock-1051

Do you modified the Mapping file that generated by .\PublicFolderToMailboxMapGenerator.ps1?

Here are the result from my lab:

I would suggest you provide information about command below to us:

Here is also a blog about migrating public folder step by step, I think it may be useful to you: Exchange 2016: Public Folder migration made easy
