I'm at a bit of a loss here. Over the last 5 weeks, I've been waiting for a toll free number to be ported in to our MS Business Voice org. I've gone through the proper steps of submitting a port order and provided all the necessary documents and information and received a port order ID. I've even received an "Approval" from the Porting Team for this port to take place. The targeted porting date was February 8. To date, this port has still not taken place. I realize the port team is a bit backlogged, however I don't think they are taking 5+ weeks to process a port order.
I have tried to contact the porting team by replying to the porting "Approval" email, and I get an automated reply back saying "Our current targeted response time is 5 business days." Even after waiting 20 business days, there is still no response from them. Frankly, there is no way I can contact them, so I'm really unsure what to do at this point.
Can anyone tell me if I should continue to wait here or if there are any other channels that I can contact the porting team? Ultimately I just want this toll free number to be successfully ported in to our MS Business Voice org.
