my name is José and I've trying to setup my E5 free subscription with both my work and personal acccount, but haven't been able to do it.
At the very beggining of the process, I was getting "service unavailable" messages from the Developer Progam page. However, after a couple of hours, I tried again and I was able to get to the registration page and then to the "Set Up E5 subscription" button. I'm stuck in the step where it requires to send a confirmation to my mobile device. For whatever reason, I get an error telling me:
"We're unable to send the code to that number. Please provide a valid cell phone number and try again. MS-CorrelationId: ff9a2c22-fa9e-4a14-8577-d288d051fe1d"
Is there any particular reason why this is happening? Any defined solution for this?
