Video recording for teams buisness

Using teams business I am having trouble recording content with reliable audio and it only shows screen sharing. I have two monitors one with chat and the other with presentation. Is there a way to record both screens on one video? Something like a reverse screen sharing? Or is it only possible with one screen? Also how do I get reliable audio from the other people? It seems to only get the audio from my mic

@DannyStanke-4537,

Question 1. Is there a way to record both screens on one video? Or is it only possible with one screen?

You could only record one screen at the same time in a Teams meeting.

A workaround is to share your desktop. Then, open your presentation and the chat window side by side as below.

Question 2. How do I get reliable audio from the other people?

Do you mean the audio from others is intermittent or mute?

If intermittent, it should be related to your network. Make sure your organization has opened UDP ports 3478-3481.

If mute, the meeting organizer should enable “Allow attendees to unmute” in Teams meeting as below. Then, telling participants to unmute themselves.

If you snap each window to the left and right side of the primary screen it would work for both. The playback of two full screens would play back as an ultra-wide video making it more difficult for viewers to watch while reading the content. I'm a huge Microsoft teams fan but they are missing a couple of key components to master the streaming/recording.

I know they will add plenty of features in the near future but for the time being, a great solution that I have recommended hundreds of times now and I use myself is ScreenCast-O-Matic. This tool is amazing for adding subtitles, recording multiple screens, sharing documents, adding live meetings, and they even offer some ADA compliance features for people with disabilities. They offer a free account you can test drive to see if it meets your needs.
