Microsoft Flow failed

I used to use Microsoft Flow finely. But now nothing work for me for more than a years.

I can sign in, see my Flows. But I can't manage anythings other than that. When access "Data -> Connections" page it take forever to finish with a loading indicator. Open browser console and it show this error.

>app.2e2c0938dc9ddada0315.2.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) ClientError: Unable to get token for audience 'a8f7a65c-f5ba-4859-b2d6-df772c264e9d'. Details: 'AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '6204c1d1-4712-4c46-a7d9-3ed63d992682'(Microsoft Flow Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

How is it possible that Microsoft account with email @hotmail.com from provider live.com does not exist in tenant Microsoft Services? How can I (or someone) fix this?

Flow is not currently supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.
