Technical difficulties connecting sound and speech with my wireless headset

I have had this headset working in the past once; but going through the settings I now do not know how to set up my headset to my WFH system. Currently I am calling into Cisco meetings and connecting my headset to my phone to use it. At the moment i can hear what is going on but no one can hear me (made sure I am not muted). Please help! Any guidance or advise would be helpful. I am using the AfterShokz OpenComm wireless headset. Ashiya Brennon RCS Debt I (in training) Ashiya.Brennon@xx.com

    @Brennon, Ashiya A ,

    For security purpose, I have covered some private information in your case. Thanks for your understanding.

    It seems that the manufacturer of your headset is Cisco. Cisco’s headsets are not certified by Microsoft Teams now. It recommends you choose Teams certified headset for WFH system. You could learn more about Teams certified devices in this link.

    Meanwhile, Microsoft is working with device partners to bring more and more new Teams certified devices to market. Any update about new devices, I will share with you here.

    Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
