I am new to working with OpenXML. It is quite a powerful tool - but as a newbie I find it frustrating.
I am writing today about the SDK Productivity Tool - which i have been using to help inform my code. I am quite fond of the Reflect Code tool (even though I find the code unnecessarily complicated).
This morning I wanted to see how the tool codes the insertion of a section break - so I created a simple docx with a section break, and tried to read the document.xml into the Document Explorer in the tool.
I get an error popup dialog that states "Cannot open the file: File contains corrupted data."
The version of the tool seems to be the latest released version - build 2.5.5631.0.
This tool is far to valuable to Microsoft developers to leave un-upgraded and buggy for almost 9 years!
