KB5000848 printing problem on win 2012r2

Hi, I have printer servers on 2012r2 with SAPSPRINT app 7600 pathlvl 10 (app supports SAP printing job) - after install last KB5000848 - I have problem with printing jobs - every 6 to 7 hours SAPSPRINT stop working. Did someone has similar issue? Or MS plan some patch to improve last KB for win2012r2?

    The temporary workaround would be Uninstall Microsoft updates KB5000848.

    After installing updates released March 9, 2021 or March 15, 2021, you might get unexpected results when printing from some apps.

    Microsoft is working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in the coming days.
