Disable Regedit and CMD and Powershell access through Intune Policy

@Vijay-8197 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, I have done the test in my lab, and I find the same error code. Given this situation, I have done some research. I find that disable CMD and disable Regedit are supported in Windows Insider build 20226. We can read the following link as reference:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

So, it is suggested to update to Windows 10 build 20226.
