I have a problem with Funnel that I created with custom events, it shows the error like the attached file, and the response code is 502. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

@KittisartBookSawangbumrung-0707 Thanks for reaching out. Can you please let me know if this is the first time that you have created the funnel ? If not, since when are you being prompted with error ? Also, have you checked if the custom events data is being displayed in Funnel Tab of Application Insights?

Thank you for your help. Actually, our Funnel is broken since last month. Yes, I can see the custom events displays in the Funnel tab but I have the same issue when I switch to View mode as you can see in the attached files![80879-image.png][1]

@KittisartBookSawangbumrung-0707 This looks like more of UI issue. Have you tried this in different browsers? If you see this error on all of them, Please collect F12->console logs, network traces when you land on this dashboard. I would recommend engaging our technical support team to investigate further. Please file a support case using these steps.
