Visual Studio dumping many temporary files in %temp% frequently

Yesterday I deleted all files data from %temp% folder. Today I revisited that folder and I have over 1GB of temp files in it. This means in just a day I'm getting more than 1GB of temp files.

Please check the below images of my %temp% folder

There's a folder inside %temp% called q0rfsptd (with 800.5 MB)
Below is the image of data inside that folder

Almost all the files belong to Microsoft Visual Studio.
Why is Visual Studio dumping a lot of temp files? This affects the life of the SSD that I'm using. Becoz many writes will decrease the health of SSD.

Please solve my issue as a priority.

I am having the same issue, packed together with another one and on a much larger scale.

My %temp% directory gathered around 30GB of files created by Visual Studio in about a week's time.

I also run into issues regarding RAM. Each time I run my application using Visual Studio, some RAM will get cluttered and stay that way until I close VS and restart it. We're talking about going from 6GB RAM usage to 15GB in less than 8 hours. I somehow believe those two issues could be related.
