KB5000802 update from killing my computer every time I print. Bluescreen of DEATH. This is week 2 of this nightmare. I DO NOT have time for this disruption twice a day. We spent 7 hours on a call with Microsoft the first day. And they were clueless. It was my Printer help desk that told me what was wrong. I have to uninstall it after every update cycle on each computer. I have 6 computers that I am watching over. I am NOT a trained IT tech. I have told each computer to not update. Which is fine, until each device comes off of hold the updates. I DESPISE this update and have been told that it was pulled, but every day it comes back like a personal nightmare. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP KILLING ALL MY COMPUTERS. I can not get any work done this way!
