MCC not working with Windows 10 1909

We have enabled WUfB for Co-managed devices and MCC in ConfigMgr. Computers with Windows 1809,2004 and 20H2 are downloading the content from MCC, this is confirmed by checking TCP connections in Resource Monitor and IIS logs in MCC, and running DO status PowerShell command from the client-side. However, computers with Windows 10 1909 are not communicating with MCC and keeps showing 0 bytes

The relevant DO settings and registries are applied to clients, computers are in the same subnet, Group ID, and Co-management capabilities value. We have just finished upgrading those machines to 1909, we are delaying the upgrade to a higher build version due to dependency applications.
