Unable to take exam

Hi, i'm scheduled to take the exam right now. I've cleared the check-in process, however i am unable to click on "Yes" to accept the Exam agreement. I've contacted a proctor for help, but she reset the environment for me, but the next minute, it says the exam is over as i have not clicked on "Yes" to accept the Exam agreement. Kindly advise what's the next step. Thanks
