Facing an issue while appearing for AZ-500 Exam

I am facing an issue while launching an AZ-500 exam from pearson secure browser.while performing security checks, all the applications like cisco webex,Teamviewer was closed but still showing an error & not able to proceed futher.also while clicking Terminating all applications button nothing has happened. There was no proctor available to help me out. what should i do?
