Issue with using azure portal (subscribe as student)

Hello Everyone, I want to use azure portal services for the fisrt time, there's a free trial account and student account. I made a mistake to sign up as a normal user while I should have signed up as student in the begining. I got stuck in the verification process as it's demanded to provid credit card which I don't have. After realising my mistake, I went to sign up as student but I'm not recognized as one., my university email is "karim_majdi@um5.ac.ma". I get the errors shown in the screen. I would like to know how to solve this issue. Regards

You need to be using your educational organization's school email address (seems like you are). https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/

If you are still having this issue, the best thing to do is create a support request to have it resolved. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/

"Raise a New Support Request with us, filling out all relevant details as asked on the page. Please ensure that, at a minimum, you provide Error code (the 715- number) and at least either of Transaction ID and Email that you used to log in (if there’s a log-in). Having either Transaction ID or Email is important to us, or we won’t be able to research them."

Hello sir,

Exactly, I'm using my school email account. I already sent a request to the support 5 days ago with details. I provided my school email account, but I still hasn't got an answer.
