Unable to log in to my account as I didn't migrate Authenticator settings from my old iPhone
Hi - I didn't migrate my authenticator settings from my old iPhone when I upgraded. That iPhone is now wiped, and my new iPhone installed authenticator in its default state.
When adding my Microsoft work account to the authenticator, I was asked to authenticate using the authenticator itself, which of course can't be done because the account isn't yet added to it.
I'm stuck in a loop, with no other means of account access.
What I'd like is one of the Microsoft team to validate my account through alternative identification means, whereby the authentication preference can be reset.
Can anyone from Microsoft help me do this?
