Load AdventureWorks on Azure SQL

Hi Guys I would like to load the AdventureWorks sample db into Azure SQL server. I don't want the adventureWoksLT which is the light version and the one that can be loaded at the creation of the db. Is there a way to do that? I tried with SSMS and Azure Data studio and didn't find how to import the data. I have the bak and the directory with the csv's file of the AdventureWorks. tks.

See the docs:

You have two options to view sample Azure SQL Database data. You can use a sample when you create a new database, or you can deploy a database from SQL Server directly to Azure using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Thank you for your answer David, I was aware of these methods but I don't have a SQL server to load the data in it and then load it into Azure SQL and the sample used by Azure is AdventureWorksLT which is the light version of AdventureWorks. I would like to load the full sample to Azure but this may not be possible. Maybe just the LT is the way to go.

You can install SQL Express or Developer Edition on any computer for free. If it's not Windows can use the Docker images. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/linux/quickstart-install-connect-docker?view=sql-server-ver15&pivots=cs1-powershell

Good idea. I'll install on a windows machine, load the and run SSMS and then try to upload to Azure. Let's see if goes.
