Compliance not working correctly

Hi,

I have often noticed that Compliance report is reporting wrong information even if the computer has bitlocker and has been online for several days so it should have gotten the latest device information.

Take this machine here for example, it reports that it does not have bitlocker and secure boot. But as you can see from the image it does. The challenge when Intune/machine is not reporting correctly, is that if we have conditional access on compliance then it could result that the machine will not access corporate resources since its not compliant.

For this issue, I have done some research. In our official article, I find these phenomenon in the following link:

For the picture you provided, it seems the device is normal. It is suggested to try to restart the device and check if the status is changed. If the issue still exists, we suggest to open a case to check the background information. Here is a link about how to open a case:
