Main platform issues

While this item does not include every known issue in Microsoft Q&A, it provides the issues that we know are key for your work. When possible, we offer workarounds.

1. Not able to include HTML or XAML code


This is crucial for many customers and services and we are actively working on the issue.

Workarounds

  1. You can encode the HTML tags. For example, if you enter html bold code encoded, it will render as alt text

  2. If the above does not work, you can attach a file with the code for the other person to download.

2. E-mail notifications not working


Due to a compliance issue, the mail notifications are not working right now. We are actively working on the issue, although we still do not have an ETA for a resolution.

Did you create a head tag / header for the HTML? Usually, you have to create a head tags along with your preferred unicode for the HTML.
