unable to register for exam using pearson view

Hi, I am trying to register for an exam using Pearson VIEW. I am unable to register for an exam. I clicked the yellow button labeled "Schedule with Pearson VIEW", but then I landed on a page saying that "We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam: Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge Clear all cache and cookies Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum. " I did try out all the steps (edge/ MS explorer/in private window) and still it does not work. I am logged under my account id "bernard_vanacker@be.ibm.com". FYI: I also regularly use another MS account named "Bernard.vanacker@minfin.fed.be", but the latter is only an ID I received from a customer. The account I should register my exams with, is "bernard_vanacker@be.ibm.com". Thank you in advance for helping me resolve the issue.
