Outlook on the web disabled?

I need assistance resolving this error.. 500 Something went wrong. Your account has been disabled. Check to see if the AD account is disabled or blocked in Azure

If not, then enable OWA in Exchange Online

Hi @JeffT-0144,

Agree with Andy, sounds like your Outlook on the web access has been disable from your server side, please check your mailbox settings from your server side and see if the issue could be resolved.

To check if the AD account is disabled or blocked, the -AccountEnabled Parameter should be able to help. If the issue still continues, you could check the link Andy mentioned above to try enable OWA access in Exchange Online.
