From your description, we find the issue is related to Hyper-v, I would remove the tag of "msc-virtual-machine-manager-hyper-v", which represents deploying Hyper-v in SCVMM. and
"msc-operations-manager-general" which represents SCOM Thanks!

Hi,

How do we connect to the cluster storage, via ISCSI, FC or others?

  1. If we are using FC, please check if the HBA card driver is up to date, if not, please update the driver.

  2. It's recommended to run Cluster validation at the maintenance time, check if there's any wrong with the cluster storage.

  3. Besides, it's recommended to turn to the storage vendor to check if there's anything run, generally, 5120 is related with the storage disk issues.

Thanks for your time!
Best Regards,
Anne
