I'm looking for client-side caching, I'm attempting to do this via Sync Center on windows 10, which would require me to change the "offline settings" for the share, but I don't have access to that since it's an Azure File Share.
Enable "Offline Files" for use with Sync Center for Azure File Shares
I can't find any documentation on how to enable offline files for Azure File Shares. Can this be done? if not, any good alternatives to cache azure files for offline use from a share?

Do you mean caching on the client side or caching on the Windows File Server? You can cache Azure file shares on Windows Server machines by using Azure File Sync for fast access close to where the data is used. You can use any protocol that's available on Windows Server to access your data locally, including SMB, Network File System (NFS), and File Transfer Protocol Service (FTPS). You can have as many caches as you need across the world. For more information you can refer to Planning for an Azure File Sync deployment.Azure File Sync is not a client-side caching solution, it's a solution that enables you to cache on a file server. (It's why we do not allow Azure File Sync to be installed on a Windows client - only server.) For product feedback and feature requests I will refer you to our feedback forum.
