Is it a App Service plan or a Function App?

In our Resource Group's list of resources we have an object FooPlan of type App Service Plan. But clicking on it takes us to a Function App of the same name rather than the App Service Plan itself. (No one knows how this was created, and it does not show up in any other view.) I cannot find a way to get to the actual App Service Plan. Any ideas?
