Problem with linking my personnal certification account to my professional one

Hi,

I don't know if i'm at the right place but i have a problem to link my certification account (perso) to my professionnal one.

To describe what i was trying to do :

• Log on to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ with my professionnal account
• Go to my profil > "Certifications"
• Click on the button "Connect certification profile"
• Log on with my personnal account in the "pop-up"

The error is the following : " anonymized@USER already has a profile"

I have try to ask the Microsoft Support from : https://support.microsoft.com/ but they said they can't help me.

Someone here can help ?
