Can I use the Chat,Video calling and Voice calling feature of Azure Communication Service in India?
ACS is a global resource, but the 'data location' you select when creating the resource will be expanded to new geographies. We don't strictly align to azure 'regions'. The Data Location is the location your data will be stored at rest, but it could go into other geographies depending on your users (i.e. you select 'US as data location, but if a call is happening between users in Japan and Australia, some data will be going through those geographies)
You can certainly use ACS in India.
The list of geographies we are supporting at GA include:
United States
Europe
United Kingdom
Asia Pacific
Australia
So if I have all the calls taking place within India then where will the data of video, audio calling and chat reside?
As I would be selecting geographies as Asia Pacific..
