Whenever I am doing something, sometimes it seems something particularly CPU intensive, the audio starts to pop/crackle. This occurs in all forms of media (games, music, youtube, zoom), however the audio out of sync only occurs while watching youtube or a zoom meeting. I have done so many things to try to fix this, including:
Updating my audio drivers so many times and ways.
Following way too many youtube tutorials.
Restarting the computer way too often to be good for it.
Reinstalling Windows per "Get Help" tech recommendation.

I honestly don't know what to do, all that I know is that it started when I downloaded, then immediately uninstalled Voicemeeter Banana.

My computer originally came with Realtek HD audio drivers, as well as Realtek HD Audio Manager. I don't know what happened to the manager, I can't seem to find a way to get it back, and it doesn't seems to matter what drivers I use, the crackling persists. I would appreciate any help.
