sync outlook 365 with outlook.com

Hello Microsoft,
we are a small nonprofit, and I have ms 365 deployed on my desktop with a hosted .com domain and an IMAP/ .org subdomains, how do I sync my desktop 365 with the cloud version of 365?
I believe the connector function was eliminated in 2018
