Microsoft Complaint - 1+ Years

Hello

I am absolutely beside myself after a complaint with microsoft azure that has gone on for 1 year+.

My website, which has been hosted with microsoft azure has been up and down during all of 2020 and the start of 2021 and has been experiencing issues which were mainly brought on by microsoft support who couldnt fix the inital problem and only created further ones.

The only support i have been able to get is from the billing team in Shanghi. It has been incredibly difficult to deal with them and they have done nothing but lead me on a wild goose chase and endlessly made false promises.

I have been told that i would recieve a refund for all the time my website has been down and that also they would cover the cost of my IT team fixing up the problems microsoft created which never happened.

Does anyone have any idea of where i can go from here? I am at the point of taking legal action but looking for a last resort before it comes to that.

Yes the portal is how I have received contact so far. The support has been truly appalling.

Hi @JessicaEmily-3442 my nightmare started exactly around the same period. The initial support experience was great, now i am simply being ignored for asking questions that no one wants to answer. I experienced the very same vague and cleverly phrased responses that led me to believe that refunds have been processed and i actually saw all the refund refs generated but they have all since vanished and to-date no refund. I offered to pay the client in installments, as i do not have a job and do adhoc work for them. I just feel so cheated when i was nothing but open and transparent in my dealings with the support team. I've asked to be directed to the technical team who made certain decisions and i would love to know what it was based on. But no-one wants to engage. I am still wandering around the crop circle they left me in, it's all just too much and very depressing.

I am so sincerely sorry that you have suffered the same with Microsoft.

Due to the differences in countries that Microsoft operate in I was getting up in the middle of the night to talk to them and was more than cooperative in trying to help them resolve my problems.

'Ryan' that has commented on this thread also claimed he would help, but instead ignored my emails when he realised the length of the complaint and how much was owed.

Sadly I had to have a break due to this issue dramatically affecting my business and mental health. In the new year I will be taking legal action and am encouraging you to do the same. So many seem to have issues and Microsoft seem determined to not resolve them in house. It doesn't mean they should get away with so much damage though.

I wish you all the best in trying to resolve these problems you are having, truly I do.

Hi @JessicaEmily-3442 . I can relate to the mental and physical manifestation, as the same is true with my predicament, it's truly overwhelming and consumes a lot of energy. I remain hopeful and will light a candle and utter a silent prayer.... Love.... Compassion.... Peace... from the bottom of my heart.
