I am absolutely beside myself after a complaint with microsoft azure that has gone on for 1 year+.
My website, which has been hosted with microsoft azure has been up and down during all of 2020 and the start of 2021 and has been experiencing issues which were mainly brought on by microsoft support who couldnt fix the inital problem and only created further ones.
The only support i have been able to get is from the billing team in Shanghi. It has been incredibly difficult to deal with them and they have done nothing but lead me on a wild goose chase and endlessly made false promises.
I have been told that i would recieve a refund for all the time my website has been down and that also they would cover the cost of my IT team fixing up the problems microsoft created which never happened.
Does anyone have any idea of where i can go from here? I am at the point of taking legal action but looking for a last resort before it comes to that.
