I am unable to download Microsoft Certificate

I have completed Artificial Intelligence exam successfully. I would like to download certificate but it is not downloading. When i try to download certificate from Edge Browser & Mozilla Firefox then i am getting the following message. When i try from my mobile using Chrome browser, i am getting the below error.
