I don't know who my Admin PWA is

Hello, I am having trouble accessing the PWA Site and when looking for the PWA Admin, no one in my company is aware of it. The IT department couldn't help. Is there any chance that you could force my user to become the PWA Admin of our company MS Project licenses so I can change the permissions, allowing me and my colleague a proper use of the tool? Office project is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Project actively monitors questions over at
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project/ct-p/Project
