PSI Page showing loading and not able to attempt my AZ 104 exam

Hi Team, Its been 10 days I have raised this issue with PSI team and no conclusion till yet. So raising my concern here. I scheduled my exam for AZ 104 on 13 March 2021. On the day of exam i was trying to load the PSI browser and it was not working .I waited for 2 hrs. to get it load and later got a mail from Microsoft that my Test score is 0 even when I actually didn't launch my exam. I want to get my exam reschedule but no response . What details can I provide Microsoft to get this reschedule immediately? If the issue cannot be solved, I will take this to the court of public opinion, and all the Microsoft influencers on Linkedin will be tagged in my post.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
