Computer keeps crashing

Hi, I was directed here from answers.microsoft. They said someone here might be better able to analyze my dmp files.

From my post there:

"Several days ago, I started noticing my computer freezing; I could move the mouse cursor but nothing else would respond for about a minute or two. Then about 3 days ago I started getting the blue screen restarts. Most of them happened while I wasn't even at my computer but the two I saw said critical process died. In event viewer, they all have a bugcheck code of either 239 or 340.

In PowerShell, I've run sfc /scannow, dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth and some other repair tools I've forgotten the names of. I did a chkdsk and I did a full scan with Windows Defender. Windows update says "You're up to date" and I updated my graphics drivers. I also checked my device drivers for everything else and nothing was flagged as needing to be updated. Nothing seems to be helping.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhaPKHZJY9q0jW_Wm2XzWeVt3Dnu?e=3OMKVW is the link to my minidump files. I really hope someone can help."

Since posting that I've also run performance monitor and the Windows memory diagnostic and they didn't find any problems with my hardware. I also used Speccy to check all my temps and everything looks good. I'm really hoping someone can see what is wrong from the dump files because I have no idea what else I can try.

Thank you

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply!

Based on your descriptions, I will suggest you to seek direct help from our Support Engineer through Microsoft Customer Support Services. This is because analyzing dump files is not included in Windows Forum work scope. Besides, I may strongly suggest you to remove your file share link as soon as possible since it is not safe to publish your information on the internet without any security protection.

You can contact Microsoft Product Support directly to discuss additional support options you may have available, by contacting us via the below website:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Once you choose to use our profesional services, we will assign a Support Engineer for you and he or she will call you to discuss your issue in detail.

In addition, I found the public document for you to self analyze your dump files:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-code-reference2

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Best regards
    Joann
