I've migrated my web server to the new hosting, but retain the mail server in my old server.
However, I couldn't send nor receiving my outlook email now.
I've asked my new web hosting provider about the issue but they say our mail server is pointing to my old IP address, and they cannot do anything other than DNS configuration.
This is what they show me in their cloudflare DNS record:
A mail old IP address.
I need to know who should do the configuration, should my new web hosting company configure the settings, or I am the one that should do the changes, I need to know urgently, thanks!
