Azure API for FHIR provides a fully managed deployment of the Microsoft FHIR Server for Azure. The server is an implementation of the FHIR standard. This document lists the main features of the FHIR Server.

Thank you for the response. My question is Can I create API proxy for "Azure API FHIR" in Azure APIM ? Will it work or not ?
my requirement is we have to call IBM FHIR Services via Azure APIM proxy . Is this supported or not in Azure APIM ?
