Driver Power State Failure Help (Yes, another one)

I have been having this error pop up for about a year now after one of the major feature updates for windows. I forget which one, but I have tried many different methods to remedy this problem and none of them have worked. I was hoping someone could look at the dump file and give me any insight into the problem. It only happens on a restart/shut down and my audio skips repeatedly. It used to only happen after the system would go to sleep but then it started happening even after it is turned on from being shut down. Thanks in advance! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Go2GjCk471E8w3LogAle2KOXcr9rjh7O/view?usp=sharing

Hi,
Please try the following methods:
Hold shift and select shutdown. Deselect "fast boot" in power options

Also, remember to update the sound driver from the PC or device maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model, if it is newer than the one presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. While there compare to make sure you also have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers.

Due to security policy, community support cannot download and save user’s personal data such as dump or log files, if you really need crash dump files analysis support, open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Hope above information can help you.

@JennyFeng-MSFT
It's funny, I had just finished updating all of the things you suggested when the reply came through. Thank you! It seems to have fixed the BSOD, however, when I look at the Events tab in the Properties for each of my audio devices (I have Microsoft's default, Realtek, and Nahimic), it says "Device not migrated" but then continues to start. I have already tried both disabling/reenabling, uninstalling and restarting, and I've done some of the other suggested fixes while fixing the BSOD. Is it an issue if it starts anyway?
