If you are unable to access a specific website (https://portal.trt23.jus.br/) from your Windows 10 Pro VM in Azure, while other websites work fine, there could be a few potential reasons for this issue. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the problem:

    1. Check if the website is accessible from other devices: Before proceeding with troubleshooting on the VM, ensure that the website is accessible from other devices, such as your local computer or a different network. If it's not accessible from any device, the issue may be with the website itself, and you should contact the website administrator to report the problem.
    2. Check the website URL: Make sure there are no typos or mistakes in the website URL you are trying to access. It's a good idea to copy and paste the URL directly into your browser's address bar.
    3. Check firewall and network settings: Ensure that there are no restrictive firewall rules or network settings that could be blocking access to the website. If you have access to your Azure VM's networking configuration, check if outbound access to port 443 (HTTPS) is allowed.
    4. Flush DNS cache: Sometimes, DNS cache can cause issues. Open a Command Prompt with administrative privileges and run the following command to flush the DNS cache:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    1. Check DNS resolution: Verify that the website's domain name is resolving to the correct IP address. You can use the nslookup command to check the DNS resolution:

    nslookup portal.trt23.jus.br

    1. Clear browser cache: Browser cache and cookies can sometimes cause conflicts with website access. Try accessing the website using an incognito or private browsing window, or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    2. Disable browser extensions: Certain browser extensions or add-ons can interfere with website access. Temporarily disable any extensions you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Try a different browser: If you're using one browser, try accessing the website from a different browser to see if the problem is specific to one browser.
    4. Check for system updates: Ensure that your Windows 10 Pro VM is up-to-date with the latest operating system and security updates.
    5. Contact Azure support: If you have tried the above steps and are still unable to access the website, you may want to contact Azure support for further assistance. They can help you identify and resolve any network or configuration-related issues specific to your VM. Remember to be cautious when troubleshooting network-related issues, especially if the VM is in a production environment. Always check with your organization's IT team before making any significant changes to the network or security settings.
