How can we Customize Accessdenied.aspx in SharePoint Online/O365(not in on-premise). Is this possible? If not, can we redirect to custom AccessDenied page?

Hi @ReenaSharma-0611 ,
We cannot customize AccessDenied.aspx in SharePoint Online currently. Also, we cannot redirect to another page as we cannot override any function in SharePoint Online.
You can share your user voice here: https://sharepoint.uservoice.com. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft SharePoint products. What's more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
