Transition Radius from Azure MFA Server to Azure AD for MFA

Currently using Radius with NPS with Azure MFA server and would like to transfer the 2nd auth to Azure AD. Is it possible to tweak NPS to point to Azure AD instead of Azure MFA Server?

Yes, check this. You will still need to use NPS, but instead of onprem MFA server, you will use Azure MFA in the cloud.
