New Page Creation - Beginner Creator

I'm new to creating pages within Sharepoint and sorry for the novice question. I would like to develop a page with multiple links (see picture below) as it's easy to see and navigate. The issue I'm having is I don't know what to select when creating the page so these would show up.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi @BRDSanDiego-9740 ,

Would you tell me whether your issue has been resolved or have any update?

Have a nice day!

Hi @BRDSanDiego-9740 ,

Per my understanding, you could try to present such an effect on the Page as the user’s navigation:

As long as you create a new Promoted link list, set the pictures and links you want in it, and then add this list to the page you want, the list will be displayed on the page, and users can follow your navigation To the desired place.

Please follow these steps:

First, create a promoted link app:

Set up pictures and links:

========================

Then add this list to the target page:

I believe these instructions are for the latest edition of SharePoint. We have not migrated to the cloud version, that is coming soon.

When I click on "New SubSite", it gives me a total different view than what is mentioned. Is this because of new verses old version?
