Hello @AJMarchese-2990 ,

Apologies for the delay in response. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

As mentioned in your screenshot, the custom domain is automatically validated if a CNAME record exists mapping this custom domain to the CDN endpoint. If no CNAME record exists, a validation email is sent for manual verification.
From your screenshot, I believe you already have a CNAME record mapping your custom domain to the CDN endpoint.

And per this article, if you don’t see your domain validated in 24 hours, open a support ticket. So if you have a support plan, I request you file a support ticket, else please do let us know, we will try and help you get a one-time free technical support.

Thank you for your cooperation on this matter and I look forward to your reply.

Please "Accept the answer" if the information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.

Sorry, I am very disappointed with this answer. I have paid hundreds of dollars to learn Azure and currently have nothing to show for it and have a broken website.

Hello @AJMarchese-2990 ,

I understand your concern and appreciate your feedback. However, there are some known issues with certificate validation in all CDN products (Microsoft, Akamai & Verizon). In rare cases, the certificate management system gets stuck and the validation doesn't go through. In such cases, we request customers to raise a support request, so that the support team can pull the required backend logs and escalate it to Digicert (in case of Microsoft), Akamai or Verizon for a validation push.

Hence, I am offering a one-time free technical support for you to get this issue fixed. To avail the one-time free technical support, please send an email to azcommunity@microsoft.com referencing this thread and your subscription id? Do mention "ATTN gishar" in the subject field.

Thanks,
Gita
