AZ 900 exam issue

While giving exam, I reached at the end of exam (approx 1 minute was left) and just before submitting exam, due to some error in application, I could not able to click on submit button and exam not got finished. After talking with concerned customer care executive they said it can not be resume due to technical error, instead they ask me to reappear whole exam again. So is it possible that this exam just need to be resume and clicked on finished button, and can be eligible for evaluation.

    Hi, This is Indrajeet Tamta..My exam was scheduled today 20th Sep but its not proceed due to availablity of unapproved app..I have deleted the same aap on same time but exam not release..Pls help how can I retake
