windows 10 updates not really downloading?

Every time I try to update Windows 10 it shows to be downloading the updates but when it is done nothing is there. Nothing has changed. Also, when I run Outbyte pc Repair it says my pc hasn't updated in over two weeks even though I run updates daily. I've tried everything I can think of and it is still the same.

Where the windows 10 get updates from? WSUS or Windows Update. Is there any error information?

It is recommended to check the CBS.log and windowsupdate.log to find the error information. Please remember to share the error with me if there are any error information.

On every site that I have tried I get the exact same error message "Couldn't Download". I have not received any other errors

I have tried to download from Windows 10 and from the web. It won't even let me download updates from the actual Lenovo website.

The only error I get is "Couldn't Download"

Not much to work with I know.

No it has not been resolved. I have been battling this problem for about a week now. I have even tried the suggested command prompts but that didn't help. I've checked Device Manager for any yellow symbols and found one but it didn't fix my problem.

Where did you get updates from? WSUS or Windows Update. What is your windows 10 version? Please provide the KB number to help me research further.

This problem was finally resolved after talking to a Lenovo tech. We ended the call with him suggesting I do a Reset on my pc and wipe everything out. I did! It was a long timely process but it worked. Thanks for listening.
