Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for sharing me the link.
I have checked the log file and there isn’t any other error, but I noticed that the log recorded this “Another instance is running. Can not get singleton lock”. It seems multiple instances are running.
Suggestion:
1). Please close every instances of Visual Studio and delete this installer folder under this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer , after that reboot your machine and try to re-download VS and reinstall VS.(Download VS)

Hi @PC-0038 , thanks for your feedback. I may need to confirm something with you:
1). How long did you wait for after VS Installer displayed “Almost done… Getting everything ready”?
2). Do you use the latest version of Windows?
3). Was there any Windows Update error reported in Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update > View update history.
4). Did you set some environment variables before?
1) I waited hours.
2) OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362
3) My update history won't open , so I think this could be the problem.
4) I did not change anything on my laptop settings specifically, if that is what you mean by "environment variables."
I tried running SFC scan/now but I get this message: Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation
