Webcam over RDP synchronization issue

We are trying to use new Windows 10 feature video capture device redirection over RDP.
But there is an issue. Video and sound frequently are not synchronized during video calls.
Usually sound is delayed.
We have excluded poor connection(this is observer even in LAN), server load (test in non-working hours), software bugs(out of session quality is excellent).
Are there some settings for tuning camera redirection over RDP or other solution?
Client: Windows 10.19042

Server: Windows Server 2019

Hi, dear

Firstly, remote audio playback has always tried to automatically adjust its bandwidth usage based on the current network conditions. Sometimes, you know you are on a network that’s fast enough to handle the best quality audio always. For these cases, you can now change the audio quality mode. This tells the server to assume the network can handle the best quality audio and to send it as soon as it’s ready. Since the server processing doesn’t delay the audio, the synchronization between audio and video is much improved, and the audio sounds better too. Enabling this feature requires changes to both the server- and client-side configuration.

On the Server: Please set the following Group Policy setting
You can do this in the server's local policy using the command with gpedit.msc (run in an administrator): Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection
Limit audio playback quality Enabled
Audio Quality: High

On the Client: Save and edit the RDP file for the connection
Please run a command with mstsc.exe. Input the target server name -> click Show Options -> and then click on Save As button in the connection settings section on the General tab. This will create a new RDP file with your options. Specify the desired location to store it then open it with a notepad.
In the *.rdp file that you use to connect to the server, make sure you have the following line:
audioqualitymode:i:2

Secondly, as you mentioned the camera redirection enabled with RDP settings.
Please click Show Options -> and then click on More in the connection settings section on the Local Resources tab. You can specify which kinds of devices and resources that they want to redirect to the remote computer (including Video capture devices). Please be confirmed that the webcam shows up and works on the devices appear in Remote Desktop Camera Devices inside Device Manager on the RDS so that the RDC application enables to use them. In addition, the RDP file that the user connects to also has the string camerastoredirect:s:*

Please refer to the following link includes the list of supported RDP file settings that you can use with the Remote Desktop clients.
